UAGI Olathe Blue CGC AX AXJ
He's getting up in the world!
Blue came to us as a six month old rescue - he is an Australian Cattle Dog. We have never had a dog who is so focused on learning. We have met many wonderful new friends in the breed and really respect how much they care about the future of the breed. Blue got his UKC AGI and AKC NA and NAJ in three runs each. He quickly went on to get his OA and OAJ and then on the his AX and AXJ. Unfortunately - he took a running dive off of the deck to chase something in the yard and hurt his back. Although he is feeling fine, the neurologist suggested no more herding or agility so he is now focusing on obedience and tracking.
This is a typical picture of Blue - always waiting to see what we want him to do next. He is dog and people friendly and so obedient and sweet. We look forward to many more years with this happy and playful boy. Oh! Did I mention he doesn't like the cats or having is toenails cut -- guess you could tell that!!
