UAGI Olathe Blue CGC AX AXJ RN
He's getting up in the world!
Blue came to us as a six month old rescue - he is an Australian Cattle Dog. We have never had a dog who is so focused on learning. We have met many wonderful new friends in the breed and really respect how much they care about the future of the breed. Blue got his UKC AGI and AKC NA and NAJ in three runs each. He quickly went on to get his OA and OAJ and then on the his AX and AXJ. In 2009 he earned his Novice Rally title. Blue and Connie love to track and have been to tracking camp twice. Unfortunately Blue had TPLO knee surgery in December 2009 and will be in crate rest for 8 weeks and then have 8 weeks of rehab. He is a great patient and he and Connie are looking forward to more tracking and obedience adventures.
This is a typical picture of Blue - always waiting to see what we want him to do next. He is dog and people friendly and so obedient and sweet. We look forward to many more years with this happy and playful boy. Oh! Did I mention he doesn't like the cats or having is toenails cut -- guess you could tell that!!
