Buddy
joined family June 2005 after showing up at Annawan. He and Blue are best of
buddies.
Blue
was found at a local animal shelter in September, 2004. He is a bundle of
high energy that has shaken-up the pack.
Sophie
was at an adoption day at our local Petsmart and it just happened to be Randy’s
birthday. You guessed it – he wanted the dog! Sophie had not been socialized
and was afraid of everything. She is now an agility whiz. She is known at Annawan as
"the Sophster."
In August 2002 Sophie took the
big step into the UKC agility ring and her performance was spectacular!
She received her agility I title and her agility II title that weekend and 10
points toward her championship. Sophie was a star and it was wonderful

Lucy
is a gem! When we adopted Sophie, we knew she had a littermate who had been
rescued with her but the littermate had gone to another home. When Sophie’s
sister came back into rescue having failed her first home, we adopted her the
same day! Lucy is a wonderful dog and is now our "watch dog in
training" and taking her job very seriously!! We are so thankful we found
her!
Snickers found his way to Annawan as a wild cat. One day we thought we saw a cat in our woods and began putting out food. To make a long story short, it took over a year to touch Snickers. He now lives in our solarium and is a very important member of the Annawan family. He loves to tease the dogs and is especially sweet with puppies.
Cali Cat joined the household February, 2003 when she showed up during a snowstorm. It was Snickers who found her huddled behind the hedge next to the house and suggested she come in to warm up.
